Explore the artistic riches of New Haven with City-Wide Open Studios! It's a large-scale convening of visual artists from across Connecticut in studios and temporary spaces around New Haven.
The festival will take place over three weekends in October 2012. A central hub exhibition at Artspace will feature one representative work from each participating artist. Also, to celebrate the festival's 15th year, its Crystal Anniversary, we will feature art and events on the theme crystal.
Free and open to the public, CWOS a wonderful opportunity to see artists at work and buy affordable art directly from them.
Thursday JULY 12th, 2012Downtown Manchester, CT Art work by Connecticut artists will be displayed in various windows, storefronts & pop-up galleries. I will be at 856 Main St. pop-up gallery & performance space. Since the success of the first "IMAGINE" event, this has now become a monthly happening.
Saturday JULY 7th, 2012Downtown Bridgeport, CT
The Bridgeport Arts Fest is a one day celebration of local and original Art, Artists, Crafters, Community Organizations and Performers that takes place in Downtown Bridgeport at Historic McLevy Green on July 7 from 10am to 6pm, and is followed immediately by the After-Party Concert. The Arts Fest is a family and community friendly affair and is FREE to attend. In addition to Artists, you’ll enjoy live entertainment, activities, demonstrations and area food and drinks.
